Welcome to Empire Cycle Parts. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

Empire Cycle Parts operates from Hollister, California, and provides motorcycle parts and accessories for sale within the United States. By using our website, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

3. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods available at checkout. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 4 business days of payment via FedEx or UPS Ground. We currently ship within the United States only. Expedited orders are not accepted at this time.

5. Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy on unused items in original condition. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

6. Product Use and Fitment

Buyers are responsible for verifying proper fitment before installation. Empire Cycle Parts is not liable for damage, injury, or loss caused by incorrect installation or product misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

Empire Cycle Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from us.
