Empire Cycle Parts – 14-Day Return Policy

At Empire Cycle Parts, we take pride in the quality of our parts and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • All hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that show signs of installation, wear, or modification cannot be returned.

Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
You must call (669) 500-5673 prior to returning any item to receive your RMA and return instructions.
Unauthorized returns or shipments without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items not returned in original condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

  • Electrical components

  • Custom or special-order parts

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please call (669) 500-5673 within 14 days of delivery to obtain an RMA and exchange instructions. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.
